 Meat:  Beef Tips, Baked or Broasted Chicken, Roasted Turkey Breast,
   Meatballs or Ham
 Potato:  Buttered Mash, Parsley Reds, Rice Pilaf or Stuffing
 Vegetable:  Candy Baby Carrots, Whole Green Bean Almandine or 
    Buttered  Corn
 Salad:  Lettuce with Shaved Carrots, Cucumbers, and Tomatoes.
 Salad dressings:  Ranch, Italian or French

 Dinner Rolls and Butter will be served, along with a beverage of milk or
    coffee (if you like)

  MISC. OFFERINGS:
 Sandwiches:  Hot Ham and Hot Shaved Roast Beef, dinner rolls
 and condiments.

 One Hot Appetizer:  Meat Balls, Cocktail Wieners or Bacon Wrapped 
    Water Chestnuts
 Full Salad Bar:  Relishes, 2 Homemade Soups with Bread Sticks
 Variety of Cheese and Sausage Platter with assorted crackers 
 Dessert:   Bars & Cake
 Sandwich Platters:  Pre-made cold Ham & Beef or 
    Ham & Turkey - Serves 50.
 Salads:  Pasta Salad and/or Lettuce Salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, 
    and shaved carrots. Serves 50.
 Dessert Platters:  Bars & Cakes - Serves 100.
 Relish Trays:  Raw veggies, dips, relishes - Serves 100.
 Snack:  Potato Chips or Nachos with Dip - Serves 50.
 Beverages: Beer will be charged at the current market price per barrel.
    This will only be if all beer is used. If barrels ordered were not tapped, 
    you will not be charged.

 We offer a variety of beverage arrangements to meet the needs of most
     every host.
Full bar service available. Pitchers of Soda and Beer. Wine by the Glass.
    Quarter and Half Barrels of Beer, priced at market rates.

NOTE:
Tablecloths available for a fee.
We can assist guests with special needs if we are notified.
Hall decorations are welcomed.
All children attending any party in the facility must be supervised at all times. We are not liable for care of your children.
Any damages to the facility will be charged to the party having the event.
Any equipment borrowed from the facility will be marked down on your contract and the party will be charged for that equipment, if it is not returned.
Security is required for all parties and weddings over 50 people. 
A 17% gratuity will be added to the final bar and dinner bill, before taxes.
